Welcome to the website of the Commission for Educational Exchange between the United States and Nepal. The Commission, also known as “The United States Educational Foundation in Nepal” or simply as “The Fulbright Commission”, administers educational exchange activities between Nepal and the United States. Its principal programs are the Fulbright scholarships, the Hubert Humphrey Fellowships, and the East-West Center scholarships. Also our Educational Advising Center (EAC) provides a broad range of information services to any Nepali student interested in higher education in the United States.
